The newly built property with a total of 67 rental apartments came about as part of the “Wohnpanorama” development of the area. In addition to one 1-bedroom and seven 4-bedroom apartments, the majority of apartments have 2 and 3 bedrooms and are suitable for couples and families.

The property is already finished. A rental can always start on the 1st and 15th of a month.

The minimum rental period is 12 months. The rental agreement can then be terminated with a notice period of 3 months.

As is usual with other leases, the deposit is three net cold rents (the net cold rent plus ancillary costs are shown in the lease). Processing or brokerage fees do not apply.

There will be bicycle parking spaces in the basement and outside below the underground viaduct. There are 41 parking spaces in the underground car park, including 7 parking spaces with an e-charging station, which can be rented for €160 per month (or 200€ for e-parking spaces). There are also 6 motorbike parking spaces in the basement, which can be rented for €70 per month.
